Overview

We’ve taken a chassis composed of aerospace grade carbon fiber and CNC machined aluminum, and combined it with high impact TPU. The result is a case that’s incredibly lightweight, yet rugged enough to meet military specification drop-test requirements. When it comes to a pairing of protection and style, this is the winning formula.

Materials

We craft the industry's highest quality products from a foundation of the finest premium resources available.

POLYCARBONATE (PC)

Polycarbonates (PC) are a group of thermoplastic polymers containing carbonate groups in their chemical structures. Polycarbonates used in engineering are strong, tough materials, and some grades are optically transparent. They are easily worked, molded, and thermoformed. Because of these properties, polycarbonates find many applications which include bullet proof glass, protective eyewear, motorcycle wind screens.

6061 ALUMINUM

Aluminum is a chemical element in the Boron group. Aluminum metal alloys are low in density and possess an incredible strength to weight ratio. 6 and 7 series aluminum are widely used in aircraft industry, automotive performance parts, and portable computing devices because of its formability, rigidity, and lightness.

THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE (TPU)

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a flexible polyurethane plastics with outstanding properties, including elasticity, transparency, resistance to oil, and abrasion. TPU has many applications including automotive instrument panels, caster wheels, power tools, sporting goods, medical devices, drive belts, footwear, inflatable rafts, and protective covers for mobile devices.
